The restaurant offers vegetarian dishes based on Taiwanese vegetarian cuisine known as “Taiwanese vegetarian food” that do not use ingredients of animal origin. The restaurant does not use any chemical seasonings, white sugar, or five pungent roots (such as leeks and chives), and strives to provide dishes that are gentle on the body.

Today, we will introduce “Vegan EEL Bowl”.
It is very healthy and nutritious because it is made with a tofu base and grilled over charcoal. The char-grilled aroma and the sweet and spicy sauce make this unagi kabayaki an irresistible treat. This is a vegan dish that makes me happy.
The large vegan eel kabayaki on a bed of warm rice is very satisfying.
