This time, we would like to introduce one of their satisfying Italian lunch courses, “Spelt Spaghetti Set”.

Each dish is beautifully presented, and the sweetness and broth of the vegetables can be felt gradually.
The restaurant sources seasonal ingredients, mainly vegetables from farmers they trust.
All dishes are unpretentious and carefully prepared, and all are beautiful.

The powdered cheese-like substance on top of the pasta is an original vegan cheese made by lacto-fermenting and aging nuts. It can also be purchased in the restaurant.

Pasta can be changed to gluten-free.
Except for the ancient wheat pasta, this vegan restaurant is flour-free. (Allergy sufferers beware).

The atmosphere and customer service are courteous, and while the prices are reasonable, you will enjoy a relaxing meal time.
