TU CASA is a vegan café that practices environmentally friendly consumption.
It means “your home” in Spanish, and is integrated with a guesthouse where you can practice staying, eating, and buying ethically. On the first floor of the store, you can buy soy meat and organic ingredients by weight.

This café, run by Taka-san and Mini-san, offers vegan Korean cuisine.
Today we introduce one of them, Rainbow Kimba.
This kimbap is a Korean-style sushi roll filled with colorful vegetables. Not only does it look great, but the combination of textures and flavors of the various vegetables and pickles is very tasty.

※Soy meat miso contains wheat because it is made with soy sauce.
