"Cafe Fu Fu Fu and..." is a specialty store of fu and yuba produced by Hanbey-Fu, one of the long-established stores in Kyoto.

O-Fu is an ingredient made mainly from wheat gluten and is rich in high-quality protein. It has the texture of a Japanese Mochi (rice cake).

The muffins introduced today are made with okara and baked fu flour.
Vegan sweets are difficult to make fluffy, but these muffins are excellent. The green tea flavor is also very strong, making you want another serving.

This cafe is the perfect place to take a breather while enjoying the view of the Kamo River in Kyoto.
